NYSE Approves New Independence Policies for Boards of Directors

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has granted approval for proposed rule changes that update the independence policy of its board of directors and introduce a new policy for boards of directors at NYSE Arca, NYSE MKT, NYSE Regulation, and NYSE Market.
