NYSE Proposes Shortening Shareholder Notification Period to 5 Days

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has filed a proposed rule change to reduce the shareholder notification period from 10 days to 5 days, a condition for waiving the exchange's shareholder approval requirements, effective immediately.
