NYSE MKT LLC Files Proposed Rule Change to Update NYSE Amex Options LLC Agreement

NYSE MKT LLC has submitted a proposed rule change to eliminate certain restrictions on the qualification of founding firm advisory committee members for the NYSE Amex Options LLC limited liability company agreement, effective immediately.
