NYSE Arca Expands Market Maker Risk Limitation Mechanism

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change to expand the existing market maker risk limitation mechanism, making it available for orders from both market makers and non-market maker OTP firms and holders, and introducing two additional risk limitation mechanisms.
