NYSE Arca, Inc. Files Proposed Rule Change for First Trust CBOE S&P 500 VIX Tail Hedge Fund

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC, which, if approved, will allow the First Trust CBOE S&P 500 VIX Tail Hedge Fund to operate under a new index fund structure, effective immediately.
