NYSE MKT LLC Files Proposed Rule Change to Allow Designated Market Maker Units to Trade on NYSE and NYSE MKT

NYSE MKT LLC has submitted a proposed rule change to the Securities and Exchange Commission, which, if approved, would enable designated market maker units to trade securities listed on the New York Stock Exchange LLC and NYSE MKT LLC, in addition to those traded on the NYSE MKT LLC exchange.
