NYSE Arca, Inc. Filing for Rule Change to Reflect Name Change of NYSE Amex LLC

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change to replace references to 'NYSE Amex' with 'NYSE MKT' in its rules, following the recent name change of NYSE Amex LLC to NYSE MKT LLC, effective immediately.
