NASDAQ OMX PHLX LLC Seeks to Update Exchange Rule for Improved Order Execution

NASDAQ OMX PHLX LLC has filed a proposed rule change to update its exchange rule, allowing routable orders to execute against available shares on the exchange and simultaneously route the remainder of the order to other markets for execution.
