NASDAQ OMX PHLX LLC Files Proposed Rule Change to Clarify Securities Listing Provisions

NASDAQ OMX PHLX LLC has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to clarify that its Rule 800 series does not permit the listing of securities and requires compliance with Rule 10C-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, should the exchange list equity securities in the future.
