NYSE Proposes Rule Change to Consider International Market Data for Initial Listings
The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has filed a proposed rule change to allow companies listed outside North America to consider their home country market or primary trading market's stockholder and trading volume in the qualification process for initial listing under Section 102.01 of the NYSE's Listed Company Manual. This change aims to provide more flexibility for international companies seeking to list on the NYSE.
