NYSE Proposes Rule Change to Address Technical Issues and Error Accounts

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has filed a proposed rule change to add a new paragraph to NYSE Rule 17, addressing the authority of the exchange to cancel orders in the event of technical or systems issues and describing the operation of an error account for Arca Securities LLC.
