NYSE MKT LLC Proposes Temporary Suspension of Trading Floor Phone Use Following Hurricane Sandy

NYSE MKT LLC has filed a proposed rule change to temporarily suspend certain aspects of its rules allowing designated market makers and floor brokers to use personal portable phones on the trading floor from October 31, 2012, until phone service is fully restored or November 2, 2012.
