NYSE MKT LLC Extends Temporary Suspension of Phone Use on Trading Floor Following Hurricane Sandy

NYSE MKT LLC has filed a proposed rule change to extend the temporary suspension of certain rules allowing designated market makers and floor brokers to use personal portable phones on the trading floor until phone service is fully restored or November 9, 2012.
