New York Stock Exchange Extends Suspension of Floor Brokers' Phone Use Following Hurricane Sandy

The New York Stock Exchange has filed a proposed rule change to extend the temporary suspension of floor brokers' use of personal portable phones on the trading floor until phone service is fully restored or December 14, 2012.
