NYSE MKT LLC Filing: Proposed Rule Change to Pegging Interest on the Exchange

NYSE MKT LLC has filed a proposed rule change to move the rule text for pegging interest from Rule 70-Equities to Rule 13-Equities, allowing designated market makers to set their interest as pegging interest and making other changes to the rule text.
