NYSE Arca, Inc. Seeks Approval to Allow ETP Holders to Designate Retail Orders with a Tag

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change with the self-regulatory organizations to permit electronic trading platform (ETP) holders to designate orders as retail orders by using a specific tag in the order entry message, effective immediately.
