NYSE MKT LLC and Other Exchanges File Amendment to Regulatory Responsibilities Plan

NYSE MKT LLC, along with several other exchanges, including BATS Exchange, Inc., BOX Options Exchange LLC, and the Chicago Board Options Exchange, Incorporated, has filed an amendment to their plan for allocating regulatory responsibilities. The plan, which is pursuant to Rule 17d-2, has been approved and declared effective by the relevant authorities, including Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. and the NASDAQ Stock Market LLC.
