NYSE Adopts New Rule to Conform to FINRA Changes on Research Analyst Communications

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has filed a proposed rule change to amend NYSE Rule 472, addressing communications with the public, in line with changes adopted by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) for research analysts and research reports, as mandated by the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act
