NYSE MKT LLC has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to amend Rule 472-Equities, addressing communications with the public, and adopting new rule text to conform to changes adopted by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. for research analysts and research reports, as required by the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act.
