NYSE Arca Proposes Rule Change to Allow Manual Orders on Electronic Platforms

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change to amend its options fee schedule, allowing manual orders entered into the exchange's electronic order capture system or an order entry device to qualify for a manual transaction fee.
