NYSE MKT LLC Files Proposed Rule Change to Extend Penny Pilot in Options Classes Through March 31, 2013

NYSE MKT LLC has submitted a proposed rule change to the Securities and Exchange Commission to extend the penny pilot program in options classes for certain issues through March 31, 2013, in an effort to increase liquidity and attract more investors to these markets.
