SEC Approves Rule Change to Update Minimum Clearing Fund Size Calculation

The Options Clearing Corporation has received approval from the Self-Regulatory Organizations to revise its method for determining the minimum clearing fund size, taking into consideration the amount necessary to draw on secured credit facilities.
