SEC Grants Limited Exemptions to ALPS ETF Trust for Certain Investment Rules

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has granted limited exemptions to ALPS ETF Trust for certain investment rules, including Rule 10b-17 and Regulation M, for its four ETFs: ALPS/GS Momentum Builder Growth Markets Equities and U.S. Treasuries Index ETF, ALPS/GS Momentum Builder Multi-Asset Index ETF, and ALPS/GS Momentum Builder Asia ex-Japan Equities and U.S. Treasuries Index ETF.
