The Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP), Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are seeking public comments on an extension of their presolicitation notice and response process, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and OMB regulations.
