EPA Issues 2027 Allowances for Hydrofluorocarbons Production and Consumption Under American Innovation and Manufacturing Act

The Environmental Protection Agency has announced calendar year 2027 allowances for the production and consumption of hydrofluorocarbons, as required by the Agency's regulations, in accordance with the American Innovation and Manufacturing Act of 2020.
