EPA Publishes Statement on New Chemical Substances Under Toxic Substances Control Act

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has published a statement of its findings on certain new chemical substances submitted under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), following a review of these submissions and a determination that a new chemical substance poses a risk to human health or the environment.
