EPA Approves New Jersey's State Implementation Plan for Ozone Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of New Jersey to meet the requirements for the 2008 and 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards, including RACT certifications.
