USCIS Announces 58 Countries Eligible for H-2A and H-2B Nonimmigrant Worker Programs

The US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has identified 58 countries, including Haiti, Iceland, Montenegro, Spain, and Switzerland, whose nationals are eligible to participate in the H-2A and H-2B nonimmigrant worker programs for the upcoming year, following a notice published in the Federal Register.
