TSA Extends Customer Comment Card Information Collection Activity for Review by OMB

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has submitted a request to extend its customer comment card collection activity, which gathers passenger feedback at airports, for review and approval by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA). The collection, which began in 2011, aims to collect complaints, compliments, and suggestions from travelers.
