U.S. Coast Guard Releases Revised Maritime Security Directive for High-Risk Waters

The U.S. Coast Guard has released a revised Maritime Security Directive 104-6 (Rev 6), providing additional counter-piracy guidance for U.S.-flagged vessels operating in high-risk waters, particularly around the Horn of Africa.
