Coast Guard Proposes New Anchorage Areas in New York City and Atlantic Highlands

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing to establish new special anchorage areas in the Hudson River and Sandy Hook Bay to improve safe navigation and vessel traffic in New York City and Atlantic Highlands, NJ, while disestablishing existing areas and regulations to enhance safety and efficiency.
