Coast Guard Proposes Special Local Regulations for Savannah Tall Ships Challenge

The US Coast Guard plans to implement special local regulations on the Savannah River in Savannah, Georgia, from May 3-7, 2012, to ensure the safety of vessels and people participating in the Savannah Tall Ships Challenge, which is expected to feature around 15 vessels.
