Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Safety Zones for Swim Around Charleston

The U.S. Coast Guard plans to set up temporary moving safety zones along the Wando River, Cooper River, Charleston Harbor, and Ashley River in Charleston, South Carolina, for the upcoming Swim Around Charleston event on September 23, 2012, to ensure the safety of participants, spectators, and the general public.
