Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zones for Sellwood Bridge Construction

The US Coast Guard is setting up two safety zones along the Willamette River in Portland, Oregon, to protect vessels from hazards during the Sellwood Bridge construction project, which will remain in effect throughout the construction and renewal process.
