Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Change to Marine Event Regulations in Fifth Coast Guard District

The Coast Guard is proposing a temporary change to a special local regulation for the Crystal Coast Super Boat Grand Prix, rescheduled from the fourth Sunday in September to the third Saturday and Sunday, to ensure public safety during the event.
