Coast Guard Establishes Special Regulations for Patriot Challenge Kayak Race on Ashley River

The Coast Guard will enforce special local regulations on the Ashley River in Charleston, South Carolina on April 28, 2012, to ensure the safety of participants and spectators during the Patriot Challenge Kayak Race, which is expected to draw around 150 paddle boats, including kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards.
