Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Special Local Regulation for USAT Triathlon/Race Rowing Competition

The US Coast Guard is imposing a temporary restriction on the Black Warrior River in Tuscaloosa, AL, to ensure the safety of participants and spectators during the USAT Triathlon/Race Rowing Competition, which will take place from mile 338.5 to mile 341.5 of the river.
