Coast Guard Proposes Safety Zones for OPSAIL 2012 Connecticut Activities

The U.S. Coast Guard plans to create temporary safety zones on the Thames River in Connecticut to protect life and naval vessels during OPSAIL 2012 Connecticut, a maritime event, and restrict vessel access unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Sector Long Island Sound.
