Coast Guard Proposes Special Regulations for Ocean State Tall Ships Festival 2012

The US Coast Guard is proposing temporary regulations to ensure public safety during the Ocean State Tall Ships Festival in Narragansett Bay and Newport Harbor, Rhode Island, from July 6-9, 2012, restricting vessel traffic unless authorized by the Captain of the Port.
