Coast Guard Amends MARPOL Annex V Special Areas to Include Wider Caribbean Region

The US Coast Guard has updated the list of special areas under MARPOL Annex V to include the Wider Caribbean Region, correcting an outdated list that failed to account for the region's inclusion since May 1, 2011.
