Coast Guard Proposes Special Local Regulations for Ironman 70.3 National Harbor Triathlon

The US Coast Guard is proposing to temporarily restrict vessel traffic in the Potomac River and National Harbor Access Channel during the swim segment of the Ironman 70.3 National Harbor triathlon on August 5, 2012, to ensure the safety of life on navigable waters during the event.
