Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zone in Bellingham Bay

The US Coast Guard is setting up a safety zone around the Squalicum Harbor Marina in Bellingham, Washington, to protect people and vessels from debris and sunken ships. The zone will be enforced by prohibiting unauthorized vessels from entering or staying within it.
