Coast Guard Establishes Special Regulations for Lowcountry Splash Open Water Swim

The Coast Guard is implementing special local regulations on the Wando River and Cooper River in Mount Pleasant, SC, to ensure public safety during the Lowcountry Splash open water swim on May 19, 2012, which is expected to draw approximately 600 participants.
