Coast Guard Reopens Comment Period for Temporary Security Zone at Kaunakakai Harbor

The U.S. Coast Guard is extending the public comment period for a temporary security zone in Kaunakakai Harbor, Molokai, Hawaii, which was initially established to manage the arrival and departure of the Passenger Vessel Safari Explorer, until May 15, 2012.
