Coast Guard to Enforce Safety Zone at Navy Pier in Chicago

The U.S. Coast Guard will restrict access to Navy Pier Southeast in Chicago Harbor from July 4, 2012, to July 28, 2012, to ensure public safety during fireworks events, requiring vessels to obtain permission from the Captain of the Port, Sector Lake Michigan.
