Coast Guard Proposes Special Local Regulations for Chesapeake Challenge Power Boat Races

The US Coast Guard is proposing special local regulations for the Chesapeake Challenge power boat races, a marine event to be held on the Patuxent River near Solomons, MD on September 15 and 16, 2012, to ensure the safety of life on navigable waters during the event.
