Coast Guard Proposes Changes to North Carolina Bridges to Accommodate YMCA Races

The US Coast Guard is proposing modifications to the operating schedules of three North Carolina Department of Transportation bridges to accommodate the annual YMCA Tri Span 5K & 10K races, which will take place in Wrightsville Beach and Wilmington, NC.
