New Rule Proposed for Inland Waterways Navigation Regulations

The U.S. Coast Guard has proposed a rule to amend the inland waterways navigation regulations, specifically redefining the geographical points that restrict certain vessels to speeds not greater than 12 statute miles per hour in the Detroit River.
