U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Requests Public Comment on Extension of Form I-924 Information Collection

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is seeking public comment on the extension of its existing information collection for Form I-924, which is used to certify the compliance of certain religious organizations with the Religious Freedom Restoration Act. The public comment period is open until March 2024.
