Coast Guard Corrects Navigation Regulations Document

The U.S. Coast Guard has corrected an error in its 2012 Notice of Proposed Rule Making, stating that the channel between the Detroit River Light and the D33 stationary light is approximately 1,200 feet wide, rather than 1,200 yards.
